Packages

Event Planning

This is our full planning package.  This package is designed to assist with everything from A-Z. We can help with everything from budget, theme, color, vendor referrals, vendor management, vendor meetings, planning schedules and deadlines, event set-up & breakdown and more.

Event Management

This package is designed for those who enjoy working with the details for their event; however, would like a helping hand managing all the behind-the-scenes specifics organized for the event.  We rely on partnerships, vendors, suppliers, and staff to help execute events.

We will plan and execute the day of your event successfully and professionally as we oversee the day of logistics activities from timeline and schedules, event staff, deliveries & receiving supplies, overseeing the vendors, working with the venue to ensure everything is in place and ready to go for your special event.

Remove yourself from the logistics and coordination process the day of the event and enjoy the special occasion with your guests.


  • Event Coordinator

  • Oversee event breakdown & clean up
  • Oversee party rental receiving and set-up
  • Oversee the flow of the event to ensure all elements are coordinated
  • Oversee and manage the “Run of Show” / Event Schedule
  • Assist DJ /MC with the “Run of Show” /Event announcements
  • Point of Contact for vendors (Vendor Liaison)
  • Oversee Event Staff / Assign event roles & responsibilities
  • Day of Event Logistics & Coordination
  • Meet with vendors as they arrive and direct them to their work sites
  • Track vendors arrival and departures
  • Direct & guide guests as necessary
  • Confirm vendor & staff attendance and make sure all the pieces are in place
  • Troubleshoot any problems that may come up throughout the event
  • Oversee Gifts and Cards
  • Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client

This is our partial event planning package. This package is designed for those who want event set-up only.  We will help with setting up any décor and execute all the details you have put together for your event, so you are able to focus on other aspects of your event.
